  • How can I find out an ETA for my delivery?

    On the day of delivery, your item will be loaded onto a vehicles and scanned ready for delivery. Upon the driver leaving the depot, You should receive a 2 hour tracking slot via email. Alternatively, you use the tracking link below.  Track And Trace


  • Can my parcel be left in a safe place?

    Unfortunately, due to TPN’s policy restrictions, we are not able to leave an item without prior permission from the senders. You would need to request this directly from the senders or contact them and ask them to provide us with authorisation to do so.
